At Urban Jungly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely place your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
